On Mobile
1. Open Up Facebook Application.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Touch the search bar at the top of the display, enter the name of the person you want to report, touch their name, and afterwards tap their account picture.
3. Tap More. This option is near the top of the user's page, simply listed below and also to the right of their name.
4. Tap Give feedback or report this profile. It remains in the pop-up menu. Doing so raises one more menu with reporting choices.
5. Select a reason for reporting the profile. Faucet among the following alternatives in the menu:
- Pretending to Be Someone
- Fake Account
- Fake Name
- Posting Inappropriate Things
- I Want to Help
- Something Else
6. Select follow-up details if necessary. If you chose either the Making believe to Be Someone option or the I Wished to Assist option, do the following:
- Pretending to Be Someone-- Tap Me, A Friend, or Celebrity in the "That are they acting to be?" area.
- I Want to Help-- Touch a reason (e.g., Suicide or Harassment) in the "Can you offer us some more information?" section.
7. Tap Send. It's a blue switch at the bottom of the screen.
8. Tap Done when prompted. Doing so validates that your report was sent.
On Desktop computer
1. Open Facebook. Most likely to https://www.facebook.com/ in your computer's web internet browser. This will open your Information Feed if you're currently logged right into Facebook.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Click the search bar at the top of the display, key in the name of the individual you wish to report, click their name, and afterwards click their profile picture. Alternatively, find and also click their name in your News Feed.
