How To See Who Is Following You On Facebook
First thing to note: following doesn't actually suggest anything, particularly if you two aren't "friends." It just indicates that your posts noted PUBLIC will show up in their timeline. No big deal (you noted it PUBLIC, right?).
Second, if you want to know who is IN FACT following you:
1. Most likely to your buddies listing
2. Hit the "MORE" switch on the right
3. then strike "Following".
If you don't like what you see because list, you can click the "Manage" pencil symbol and then the "Edit Privacy" button in the upper right (see screen shot above).
Note: If you let individuals that aren't your buddies follow you, people that send pal requests that you neglect or delete will automatically start following you. If you do not want somebody to follow you, you can block them at any moment.
