On Mobile
1. Open Facebook App.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Touch the search bar on top of the display, key in the name of the individual you wish to report, touch their name, and then touch their profile photo.
3. Tap More. This alternative is near the top of the individual's web page, just below as well as to the right of their name.
4. Tap Give feedback or report this profile. It remains in the pop-up menu. Doing so raises an additional menu with reporting choices.
